Nexus Utility Management is offering limited Early Partner Pricing for launch clients who want a cleaner billing workflow, stronger resident communication, and a structure that scales with the property.
$2.49 per billed unit per month, a $249 monthly minimum, and a $495 one-time onboarding fee for approved Early Partner properties.
$3.29 per billed unit per month, a $399 monthly minimum, and a $995 one-time onboarding fee for approved Early Partner properties.
$4.95 per billed unit per month, a $649 monthly minimum, and onboarding starting at $1,495 for approved Early Partner properties.
Standard package rates remain available at $2.95, $3.95, and $5.95 per billed unit per month depending on the service level.
Each package includes a standard rate and a limited Early Partner rate, with monthly billing charged at the greater of the per-unit rate or the listed monthly minimum.
Billing basis: Monthly billing is charged at the greater of the per-unit rate or the listed monthly minimum for each property.
Optional services are quoted separately so each property can add only the support it actually needs.
