Available for a limited number of launch properties. Pricing is billed monthly, per property, at the greater of the per-unit rate or the monthly minimum listed below, with Early Partner rates locked for the initial contract term.

Early Partner rate: $3.29 per billed unit per month, with a $399 monthly minimum and a $995 one-time onboarding fee.

Nexus White Glove

Early Partner rate: $4.95 per billed unit per month, with a $649 monthly minimum and onboarding starting at $1,495.

Standard Rate Comparison

Standard rates remain available at $2.95, $3.95, and $5.95 per billed unit per month depending on the service level and scope.

Program note: Monthly minimums apply to every property. Hardware, meter installation, meter maintenance, field service, merchant processing fees, postage, and certain third-party pass-through costs may be billed separately.
